Yes! You can cancel anytime from the Subscription page in the TradeGuru app or web platform. Cancellation stops the auto-renewal, but your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, standard ₹20/order charges apply.
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and UPI payments via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew each cycle. If a payment fails, we notify you and give a 24-hour window to update your details before brokerage charges resume.
You can pay first and open your free Demat account afterward. If you don't open a Demat account after payment, you'll receive a full refund within one month. The KYC process is 100% online via Aadhaar eKYC and takes under 10 minutes.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Basic, Pro, and Elite at any time using the 'Swap Plan' option in your account settings. The change takes effect from the next billing cycle.
